According to information from the IT House on 7 June, the Rapid Hand Platform has published the Annual Report on the Protection of Minors, 2026. Over the past year, it has continued to strengthen capacity-building in the management of matters relating to minors, and has accumulated 820,000 cases of juvenile violations throughout the year.
In response to key risk scenarios such as cyberbullying, seduction, bad socialization, false information, the Fast Hand platform continuously strengthens content mapping and dedicated governance. In the area of the security of the minor model, the Platform has established a multi-level review mechanism for “mechanical clearance + manual check-ups + manual clearance + special audit”.
The platform is hierarchically and strictly regulated for the live behaviour of minors. Specifically, for minors aged 16 and under, the platform adheres to the principle of “zero tolerance” and strictly prohibits the opening of the broadcast, which will be suspended immediately if discovered. For users suspected of being 17 to 18 years of age, the platform requires the completion of an adult identification test before it can be launched, while strictly restricting the content that concerns the physical and mental health risks of minors and prohibiting the inducement of minors to participate in reward, valor, etc.
At the same time, fast-track technology is continuously being upgraded to optimize smart early warning capabilities and enhance the safety of the network for minors. In 2025, the Platform carried out a cumulative total of 8425 cases of social assistance for minors, and successfully intervened to save 87 minors throughout the year by assessing the risks of mild tendencies and triggering alarm mechanisms.
The Platform also continues to focus on outstanding issues that endanger the physical and mental health of minors. According to the report, the Platform has specifically addressed violations such as “dangerous driving”, “selling the minors' colourful resources”, “explosion theft”, and has dealt with 16,762 accounts relating to minors, and has voluntarily handed over 718 cases of risk to public security organs. Based on user-based reporting and specialized research mechanisms, the Platform has produced 28 typical cases, upgraded 36 wind control strategies and reported 13476 accounts for minor-related violations.
At the same time, the Platform has continued to strengthen its coordinated efforts with the public security organs throughout the country to assist in the detection of a number of criminal groups that have committed fraud by impersonating public servants and law enforcement officials.
The relevant officials for fast-track safety stated that the Platform will continue to improve the system for the protection of minors, to improve product safety and content management, and to actively promote greater integration of the Platform ' s governance, family education, school guidance and social cohesion, so that minors can be better protected.
