On June 3rd, information from IT House Longsys launched two dedicated memory products for end-side AI reasoning on COMPUTEX 2026, AIDIM and welding AILPBGA, respectively. Both are based on LPDDR5X, which has a large width of 256-bit and supports a 9600MT/s rate.
The AIDIMM structure has some similarities with the server-end SOCAMM2 module, although it has been designed to optimize the intelligent host.
Four of its LPDDR DRAM particles are vertically devastated, the total size of the module is 80 mm, 30 mm wide, up to a high level to support 128 GB capacity, with a high number of needles free of tools.
AILPBGA focuses on the required AI embedded reasoning scene for compact sizes, with a capacity of 24~64GB, full fit standard LPDDR interface. It uses a BGA 1764 seal of 22 mm x 22 mm, which provides a high memory bandwidth with small size and high integration.
