Component manufacturer TRYX showed an AIO cooler with a holographic display during Computex. Users can, for example, display GIFs on it. The company also showed two coolers with a curved screen on the cooling block.
Tweakers saw the two coolers on the exhibition floor in Taiwan. The company is showing, among other things, the Holo, as the name suggests, an AIO cooler with a holographic display on the cooling block. The cooler itself is based on the Gen7 V2 platform from the Danish Asetek. It is a 360mm AIO cooler, but the device is mainly distinctive due to the holographic gimmick.
TRYX says users can project their own GIFs onto it using the company's software. That software also has integration with Giphy, so the range of images is large enough. The cooler will be released on July 23 and will cost $169, according to TRYX. The company does not mention Euro prices; Converted and including VAT, that is about 172 euros.
Panorama cooler with curved screen
In addition to the Holo, the manufacturer also shows two new versions of the existing Panorama cooler. The V2 and the cheaper V2 SE are coolers that have a curved screen. TRYX had been introducing them for a while and released those coolers in Europe in 2024. The previous TRYX Panorama coolers are AIO coolers with a curved screen on the cooling block. In the new variant, the bezels have been made smaller and the screen can be tilted.
Furthermore, the screen can now be detached from the cooling block and is then controlled with USB-C. The cooling itself comes from an Asetek pump and TRYX supplies the cooler with a so-called offset kit that allows the cooler to be mounted slightly lower on the heat spreader of Ryzen CPUs.
The Panorama V2 SE is a cheaper variant of the V2. Although that cooler has the same screen, it does not have a hinge to tilt it.
The Panorama coolers will be released in the third quarter of this year, but the company does not want to give an exact price yet. The original Panorama cooler cost $349.
