@AllFiation brought on "rule about third-party code is changing"

With the help of some experienced and reducted members of the community there was meant a rule that allows a certain part of code to be used under certain circumstances.

The following text will go as part of a regulated conflict.

Solutions and best generals can only use the source code fully written by you, with the following two options:

- The code was written and published/distributed before the start of the round,

- The code is given us using tools that were written and published/distributed before the start of the round.

Any age of third-party code should not represent the right holder's license or copyright.

All the changes in the code from scenarios 1) and/or 2) must be made soly by you.

If there are any doubts about the time of publicization, possible integration etc.

Currently, the only reliable proof is the condition of the Internet and the condition of the use of edict in the carche of well-known since months.

For example, this approach uses the use of the code from the website.ru/if the code was written and published/identified as the first of the problems, it can be considered as such coded for the purposes of the Convention.

This rule doesn't love the rules about making of communication, dissusion, or any other form of communication between the parties on any topics about the problems during the round.
