Chat robot. Claude. The artificial intelligence company behind it. Anthropic On Monday, a secret application was made for the first time in the public collection unit to join a potentially difficult time on Wall Street.
With its first public collection (IPO) based on submissions, Anthropic is expected to be one of the three high-profile companies to be listed this year, and the other two are rocket companies. SpaceX and OpenAIThe latter created the area of artificial intelligence. Other ChatGPT The chat robot will flourish in 2022.
Their first public collection unit (IPO) will be the largest ever, with the potential to trigger a tsunami of investment and employee wealth, and to create the world ' s first billionaire, Elon Musk, who owns approximately 50 per cent of SpaceX. Since both Anthropic and OpenAI donated most of their shares to charities, open-sourced units may also generate significant new funding for non-profit organizations. SpaceX's first public fundraiser is expected to be released this month, and OpenAI is ready to submit documents in the coming weeks.
Anthropic’s competition with OpenAI has also been exacerbated by the application for the first public collection. Last week, Anthropic officially surpassed OpenAI to become the fastest-growing artificial intelligence in the world. The start-up company received new financing of $65 billion, and its valuation was $90 billion before the new capital was incorporated. OpenAI ' s latest estimate is $73 billion.
In a statement, Anthropic stated that after the United States Securities and Exchange Commission had reviewed the document, it “lets us choose to be listed”. The company did not provide detailed information on the timing or size of the first open collection. It was stated that the transaction would “depending on market conditions and other factors”. On the basis of the documents submitted on Monday, it is possible that the Open Collection Unit will take place as early as this autumn.
Of the three competing companies, Anthropic is the youngest and fastest-growing, thanks in large part to its A.I. tool for the automatic production of computer codes. Last week, Anthropic stated that its May revenue run rate (i.e., expected this year based on current performance) had surpassed $47 billion. It is not clear whether the company is profitable.
