Apple will open its first European Developer Center in Berlin later this year, the hardware manufacturer has announced. Developers have access to Apple's latest tools and can receive workshops and personal support.
Apple previously opened Developer Centers in Bengaluru, Cupertino, Shanghai and Singapore, India. According to Apple, the facility will host regular events to upskill developers and improve their apps for Apple's devices. The center also has consultation rooms and special labs where developers can receive practical support in multiple languages.
According to the manufacturer, the Developer Center is 'set up for teams of all sizes and at every stage of app development'. “We've always believed that great things happen when developers have the right tools and resources to do their best work,” said Susan Prescott, vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations. “It is on that belief that this center was built and we look forward to seeing what the community will develop next.” It is not yet known when exactly the Developer Center will open its doors.
