Biadi ' s cooperation with China on petrochemicals: connectivity in the area of recharge network construction and the operation of the Itoga power station network to advance flash station construction

According to information from IT House on 3 June, according to official Chinese petrochemicals, on 3 June China signed a framework agreement on industrial and capital cooperation with Biadi in Beijing. The two sides will promote multi-level industrial and capital-sharing cooperation in three main areas, namely, flashing networks, integrated ecological integration, and up and down the industrial chain, in order to create a “one-stop refuelling” intelligent energy ecology.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of petrochemicals of China, the Chairman and President of Biadi, Wang Chang Fook, joined the team to witness the signing ceremony.

Under the framework agreement on cooperation, the parties will cooperate in three ways, using their respective strengths:

One is to establish connectivity in the area of charging networks, building on the existing network of China ' s petrochemical and energy stations to advance the operation of flash stations to serve national and global owners.

The second is to develop an eco-column of “energy supply + car services” around “people, cars, lives” to explore cooperation in areas such as post-vehicle market services, photolithography, etc., and to further promote cooperation between the two in the areas of membership systems, user insight, data empowerment.

Thirdly, there is cooperation up and down the industrial chain, such as car and battery materials, car oil, refuelling of ships, energy storage, car supplies, material collection and data intelligence.

As previously reported by the Comprehensive IT House, on March 5, 2026, Biadi officially launched a powerful “shinning China” strategy, along with second-generation blade batteries and flashing technology, with a clear plan to build 20,000 flashing stations nationwide by the end of 2026.

Biadi's second-generation blade batteries and flashing technology achieved "five minutes full, nine minutes full, 30 below three minutes" performance.

On May 28th, at the launch of Biadi ' s Smart Strategy, Chairman and President Wang Long Fu said that Biadi was China ' s largest self-recharging station, and as of May 27th this year, a flash station of 6100+ seats had been built.
