• China and the Central African Republic have joined forces to promote the modernization of justice, fairness, openness and win-winness, people's supremacy, pluralism, inclusiveness, ecological friendship, peace and security. With effect from 1 May this year, my country has fully implemented a zero-tariff initiative for 53 African transit countries, further expanding access to Africa's services, including through the upgrading of the Green Channel. The four major global initiatives have injected certainty from different dimensions into a world of tumultuousness, providing a stronger impetus for progress in human development and responding to the aspirations of every country, every people and every individual for a better life.
