News from IT House on June 6th, during today ' s FIA Level 3 Equation Championship at Monaco Station, the Chinese driver Xie Xie Zheng crossed the finish line with his second best.
This is not only the first time that a 19-year-old young general F3 has been on the stage, but at the same time has created a new history -- he became the first Chinese driver to be on the stage in the FIA F3 championship.
The Monaco track is one of the most unique and harsh tests in the world ' s car racing landscape. This entire 3.337-km street track is known for its extremely narrow, many bends and difficult to overwhelm, and its close neighbour walls and ups and downs require that drivers must be extremely precise in their control and calm, and that any minor error may lead to a run-off.
It is on this track, which is considered a “driver's ultimate test site”, that Xie Xie Zheng welcomed his moment of light. On the day of the competition, Xie Zheng was driving his DAMS Lucas Oil motorcade 16, moving forward from the very beginning. In a complex and fluid race, he managed to control the rhythm and managed to avoid the many accidents and disruptions that had occurred during the competition, culminating in the completion of the competition as an army. Not only is this achievement a breakthrough in her career, but it is also the first award for the DAMS fleet to return to the F3 championship in the 2026 season.
Public reports indicate that Xie Xian's drive began in Shenzhen, China. He was 8 or 9 years old at Shenzhen Shenzhen Shenzhen Shenzhen High Speed Racer, first-time contact with a car, and in 2018 he won the annual crown of the Chinese Katin Championship, and in 2019 he became the first Chinese teenager to be the champion of the IAME Kadin in Asia. In 2022, when he was only 15 years old, he first went to the F4 China Championship, and won the annual championship with 14 stand 13 crowns. He then turned to the British GB3 championship, winning one in 2024, two poles three, helping the convoy to win the annual army. In 2025, Xie Xian, representing the Hitech GP convoy, completed its F3 season, won fourth in the Hungarian station ranking and first score. In the 2026 season, he transferred the DAMS Lucas Oil convoy from Heidek, opening his second F3 season. Prior to the opening of the season, he had expressed the hope to the media that the new season would receive more points and demonstrate to the world the strength of the Chinese riders, and Monaco's arrival was a strong response to that goal.
Xie Zhou Zhou Zhongyu won the F3 European Championship in 2018, but the F3 FIFA tournament never before recorded a Chinese driver on the stage (Chou Zhou Zhou Zhou Zhou Zhou was promoted to F2 in 2019 and became the first F1 official driver in Chinese history). With the closing of the Monaco Station Sprinting, Sheik's name was officially included in the history of Chinese racing. At the end of the sprint, the regular race at the Monaco station will continue on 7 June at local time.
