In a message from IT House on 3 June, on the occasion of a joint Risha & Gothon developer ' s day in Shenzhen on 30 May, Radxa officially displayed a number of new items based on the Takatung platform, as well as a joint NAS storage device with flying cattle.

There's nothing more of interest than the first public appearance of the Dragon Q8B High Performance Mini Master Board. This product carries a hypertonic 8cx Gen3 computing platform with a double 2.5 GbE gateway + double NVMe extension.

The product is now pre-purchased on the official network, with initial offers of $799 for the 4GB model, $199 for the 8GB model, $2099 for the 16GB model, $3999 for the 32GB model, which will be listed as of 31 July.

Dragon Q8B with a compact version of 100mm x 75mm, with a 5nm-producer high-tron dragon 8cx Gen3 (SC8280XP), with an eight core Kryo CPU, with 4 nuclear maximum 3.0 GHz and 4 nuclear maximum 2.4 GHz small, integrated Adreno 690 GPU29 TOPS or more. Graphical support for maximum 4K@120 video decode and 4K@60 video encoding, maximum configurable RAM 32GB LPDDR4X, main-line width 128 bit, data transmission rate of 4266 MT/s.

Extension is one of the highlights of the main board. Dragon Q8B is equipped with two M.2 2280 slots in MKey to support PCI 3.0 x 4 and PCI 3.0 x 2, respectively, with direct access to two blocks of NVME SSD. In terms of storage, it also provides the UFS 3.1 modular interface and the microSD slot.

On the network configuration, Dragon Q8B board carries two 2.5 Gbe RJ45 Ether portals and leaves the M.2 2230 slot for EKey for Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Model Extension (high match also selects Wi-Fi 7 module).

With regard to interfaces, it provides two USB 3.2 Gen 2-C interfaces (supported by DP 1.4b Alt Mode to achieve 4K@120 display output), two USB 3.2 Gen 2-A interfaces, two USB 2.0-A interfaces and a standard HDMI 2.1 interface.

In addition, it retains 40 needle colour GPIO syringes, supports common protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, and interfaces needed to develop debugging such as PCIE FPC connectors, audio interfaces, RTC battery interfaces, fan interfaces, etc. The USB-C PD interface is used for electricity, and the official proposal is to use 60W power.

In terms of operating systems, except for support for Risha official Radxa OS, Ubuntu, Armbian, Arch Linux Wait outside Linux release, because thorium 8cxGen3 is itself Windows PC design, which also supports Windows 11 on Arm.

On this day of the developer, Resa also displayed another single-board computer, Dragon Q5E, on the fourth quarter.

The product is based on Dragonwing QCS6690 VIII Kryo SoC, also a 4nm process, with an AI calculus of about 6 TOPS, with a maximum support of 16GB LPDDR5 memory, with a double 2.5 GbE RJ45 gateway (one of which is optional PoE power supply), a smaller plate size of 65 mm x 56mm, and supports the Debian-based Radxa OS and Ubuntu operating systems.

Resa also warned of two high-speed platforms developed in partnership with Flying Bulls, the NAS system, which supports the Flying Bull system, but the technical details remain unpublished:

DragonStation Position High Performance Full Flash Storage, providing 6 M.2 NVME SSD slots in support of the 10GbE network, allegedly in conjunction with a large-language model of the highest 120B local run of the IA Accelerator Card, to be listed in October;

DragonBay is a four-point NAS for mainstream users, a large-volume storage, media library backup and multi-user file collaboration, which is listed in September.

IT House noted that at the exhibition site, the deep operating system (deepin) also demonstrated the system fit for its flagship board Dragon Q8B. It was described that the Depth Developer had completed the deepin 25.1 system start-up and initial fit for Dragon Q8B in just one afternoon.

Resa also announced the overall product plan for 2026 on the day of the developer. According to CNX Software, a total of 22 hardware products based on high-tech platforms will be launched by Risa, covering a variety of forms, such as the mini-master, the core, and the Cluster Calculator Cluster.

At the same time, Resa also displayed on-site tools such as the telecontroller (Radxa Linkr) and the telecontrol smart body debugger, which were designed to provide developers and industry clients with an integrated platform capability from computing, connectivity to remote management and commissioning.
