Since 1979, after the withdrawal of the Chinese doctors from Pakistan, Bibneza's thoughts on the life-savers have grown stronger. She knows what their family names are and where they live. This shamed Bibneza, who wanted to find two benefactors and to say thank you in person. When I came home for dinner, Bibneza called the children and took photos again: “I want to go to China and find the Chinese doctor who saved my life, and I want to say thank you to them, but for them, your mother would have left you, my poor child, and we cannot forget these good Chinese doctors!”

Although she could not personally say thank you to the Chinese doctor, her wish was done by Makilon, which was her last wish. The miracle of life did not happen to Bibneza, who, 36 years after having been rescued by Chinese doctors from the brink of death, embraced death with a little regret, but with an open embrace. And in the face of the death of his mother, Makilun, after his grief, cried in his heart, "O benefactors, where are you?" Two.

Sun's new call reminds Sang of what happened 38 years ago. In March 1965, Pakistan proposed to China the construction of the Karakunlen road. Work commenced in April 1966. The project was carried out in three phases, with the exception of the first, which was carried out in Pakistan. Upon completion of the first phase of the project, the Chinese side offered to assist in the construction of the Palestinian section. At the beginning of 1968, with the approval of Chairman Mao, China sent engineers and technicians to provide pro bono assistance to Pakistan in the construction of the China-Pakistan Friendship Road on Mount Karakrun. In June 1978, work began on the third phase of water damage rehabilitation on the China-Pakistan Friendship Highway. At the same time, medical teams were formed to travel to Pakistan. The General Hospital of the Xinjiang Military Region, together with the medical personnel selected by the other military hospitals, proceeded by car to Pasu, Pakistan, on 2 June 1978, to take over from the work of the engineering medical unit No. 2, to re-establish the medical unit and build the hospital open to the people of Pakistan in accordance with the standards of the field hospital. The treatment of women farmers with tumours occurred in August 1978 shortly after the arrival of the medical team. He often comes to the headquarters to help and to help the locals, who are more familiar, and he asks Director Le Polling of the Department of Political Affairs one day, hoping that the Chinese doctor will also help his wife with the disease. After more than 50 years of age, more than 10 years of illness, limited medical care in the area, the hospital considered that the disease in Bibnissa was incurable, that there was no hope of cure, that the family would prepare for the situation and that she would live for a maximum of one to two months. Director Lew took the case of Jarrell very seriously, saying, "Don't worry, we'll try."

By the time she was taken to the medical team, she was in a very poor state of condition. She was suffering from severe respiratory difficulties, her skin was impregnable, her body was thin as a wood, her limbs were muscular, her bones were covered, but her abdomen were prominent, such as large watermelons, she could not move, local skin was brightened, the drums were withheld, there were signs of water accumulation in herbs, life signs were unstable, her veins were weak, electrolytic disorders were severe, severe anaemia was caused by multiple complications. After a careful examination of the situation in Bibnissa, the medical team, which dealt with the Prophet Wang, Sanghtong and Zhang Yongwa, determined that there was a large tumor in her abdominal cavity and assumed that it was benign, otherwise it would be almost impossible for Bibnissa to persist for 10 years. The only way to treat the abdominal tumour is to have the surgery removed, which is in a weaker state than that of Binissa and is simply not suitable for the operation. The situation was reported to the head and command of the medical team, who asked if the operation could be performed. After discussions among doctors from Viet Nam, it is believed that Bibnissa will need a period of time to improve her body, as long as the state of health is in line with the conditions of surgery. The command agreed and instructed them to study the surgical programme carefully and to be ready for surgery. After a period of careful care, the body of Bibnissa was well recovered and the conditions for surgery were in place, and there were different opinions when the surgical programme was discussed. The potential risks of the operation are high, the conditions of the operation are poor and the capacity to deal with the sudden-onset risks is inadequate; the patient has been declared in critical condition by Pakistani hospitals, how can the issue of compensation be resolved in the event of the patient ' s death during the operation, and who can be held responsible for any negative impact on relations between China and Pakistan? Upon being informed of the situation, the head of the command instructed that it was normal to disagree, but that the problem had to be resolved. The medical team held special meetings to study surgical programmes and maximize success rates; the Department contacted the Pakistani military and invited them to participate in discussions on possible scenarios, such as aftercare for surgical failures. After joint efforts and intense discussions between the two sides, the operation was finally scheduled. On 11 August 1978, Pasu ' s climate was pleasant, and crops in the fields struggled to feed the land. All the comrades of the medical team were waiting, and all of them prayed for the blessing of Bibenissa and looked forward to the good news from the operating room. The doctor in charge of the operation was the Prophet Wang, who became the first assistant and Zhang Yonghei the second assistant. After the anaesthesia was confirmed, the Prophet was skilled in cutting the peritoneum of Bibinissa into the abdominal cavity and saw a tumour of a giant watermelon, which was closely linked to the surrounding tissues during the 10-year period. After a careful examination of the situation, the three men decided to use the wiping method to separate the tumor from the surrounding tissue and then remove it. It was not easy to do so, and in addition to the need to separate the tumour adhesive mentally from the bones of an ant, until the base of the tumour was completely detached, there was a need for someone to fix and raise this huge tumor during the separation process. The three choose to start from where the tumour is more adhesive, which makes it easier to operate and less difficult and risky. They are sorely patient that they separate, stop the bleeding while they tie, prevent microvascular bleeding and gradually strip the lower part of the tumour. In order to prevent damage to the surrounding veins and torn tissues, they use small gauze to make a sphere of peanut rice size, trap the platinum peanut ball with a blood stopper, slowly and slowly carry out a blunt separation between the tumor and the visceral tissue, and constantly expand their surgical vision to the surroundings. As a result of the surgical process, three people were sweating on their bodies and heads, and visiting nurses continued to sweat their foreheads, but they were working more closely together and even forgetting their fatigue. Finally, the separation and ligation work was completed, and after repeated rinsing of the haemorrhagic sepsis in the abdominal cavity of Bibenissa with Zhang Yong-ju ' s hands, the King ' s Prophet was able to develop the tumours locally with his hands steady, and the Prophet was able to confirm the unconnected and residual abnormal tissue of the tumours, with two large bends stuck to the base of the tumour, and then carefully cut the abnormal membrane tissues and veins on the base of the tumours with the tissue cut, with the complete removal of the large tumours (the tumour was ultimately called 3.75 kg). The tumor was removed and the patient ' s vital signs stabilized. The news was that medical personnel were running around. Director Li Gwang-bae, President Wang Zhuhua, who was anxious to hear from the command, finally put a heart in his stomach. There was also a small episode during the operation. Before the operation, in order to secure the blood for the operation, the family of Bibnissa had found 20 young people in the village, who came to the medical team on the day of the operation to give blood to the patient, and as a result the operation began, none of them came to the village and found no one. In times of emergency, the two directors of Liang Liang and Huang Sword, who are responsible for providing blood support in the field, immediately organize a blood donation to the staff of the medical team and report it to the head of the command. The command and logistics leadership instructed that the surgeons should not be told so as not to affect their operation, that the officers and young cadres of the authorities and soldiers should immediately be prepared to give blood, and that the comrades of the medical team should refrain from taking part in the blood donation so as not to delay their normal work. In order to prevent the lack of sufficient blood, two additional squads of soldiers were drawn from the two teams to give blood to the medical team and, in a relatively short period of time, more than 20 people were brought to the medical team to provide blood security for the operation. The success of the operation has had a tremendous impact on the ground, with the Pakistani leader, Zia Harker, coming to the medical team, condolenced the medical staff and visiting Bibinissa, commending the Chinese doctor as a “therapist”!

Sun Xinjiang, a Central Television journalist named Liu Yayan, served on a central television unit called " Waiting for me " , which helped to reunite separated family members, trying to find Sang Yu Yu, because they had received a request for help from a man called Tanaka. Tanaka, Hunan, also participated 38 years ago in the third phase of construction of the China-Pakistan Friendship Highway, when he was a film projector for a unit of Road Construction Command. In 2016, Tanaka was visiting a friend in Pakistan and, after a few days in Islamabad, went back to Pasu and invited a guide and driver, Makilun. During the journey, Tanaka was impressed by Pasu ' s change, mentioning that he had spent two years in Pasu more than 30 years ago, and was very fond of it and suggested to the then Road Construction Command.
