Gigabyte has shown off micro-ATX versions in the Aorus Stealth motherboard series. The motherboards are 'cableless' versions of the existing models with B850M chipsets for AM5 sockets.
Gigabyte has released two versions of the B850M Aorus Stealth. The company has listed the black version and the white Ice version on its website. These are micro-ATX models, in contrast to the standard ATX models that were previously released and that Tweakers was already looking at.
The micro-ATX motherboards are intended for AM5 sockets from AMD and have a cable-free design, where most cables can be hidden at the back of a PC. The micro-ATX model has three M.2 slots, and two PCIe slots for video cards. One is a PCIe 4.0 slot and the other is a PCIe 5.0 slot.
There is an HDMI 2.1 and a DisplayPort 1.4 port on the back of the board. The board also supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 and it has three USB 3.2 Gen 1 and four USB 2.0 ports on the back, in addition to a USB Type-C port with USB 3.2 Gen 2 support. It is not known when the two motherboards will be available for sale.
