You can say that true crime is my guilty pleasure. If it's good, it grabs you and doesn't let go until it's over. This not only includes the specific case on which the true crime is built, but it also matters (a lot) how it is told and how it is shown on the screen. And there, few better than Carles Porta, who has several of the best documentaries of this genre that I have seen so far.
The best? His new true crime premieres today: it's called 'Kill him now!' and it comes to Movistar Plus: you can watch it with its Free Film and Series Plan for only 4.99 euros. Without permanence and whatever operator you are.
A lot of true crime, but also a lot of original series
This new documentary by Carles Porta arrives on M+ today, June 4. It focuses on a real case that occurred in July 2017 near Albacete and promises to follow the line of Porta's own latest true crimes, such as 'Missing in Murcia', 'Muerte en el hotel' or 'Peregrina'. All of them, by the way, are available on the platform, along with others like the 'Crimes' or 'Tor' series, one of my favorites.
There is a lot to see on the platform if you like true crime and, since it has no permanence, you can try it for a month to see how they are. In addition, on Movistar Plus there are also a lot of series that are original to the platform and that are very worthwhile, as is the case of the recently released 'Many people have to die' or 'Celeste', to name just two examples.
To all of the above we must add that you can share the account with a friend or family member without problems, even if they do not live at the same address as you. You can also download one of these true crimes to watch offline when you travel by plane or train this summer.
