IT House News, 5 June, 2026 High-to-Hong Kong Automotive Technology and Cooperation Summit, 4-5 June, in Jiangsu Nishi, where Jiang Polo attended and released the car code UFS 4.1 storage product.
The new product carries a self-study 5nm process WM7400 master, with a sequence reading speed of up to 4200MB/s and a sequence writing speed of up to 4000MB/s; and 4KB random reading and writing ability of 630K IOPS and 750K IOPS, respectively.
New articles use 11.5x13x1.2mm standard encapsulation sizes and provide 128GB to 512GB capacity options.
The product follows the AEC-Q100 standard of reliability and is certified by the IATF 16949 Quality Management System for the Automobile Industry, with work temperature coverage - 40°C to +105°C (IT House Note: Grade2 Temperature Level).
The WM7400 master control chip on board uses a 5nm process to support third generation Prime LDPC correction algorithms, SECDD single error double-checking, RAID array protection mechanisms.
In terms of data security, WM7400 incorporates the RSA 2048 asymmetric encryption engine, TRNG as a real random generator, and HMAC-SHA256 secure Hashi algorithm, combined with HPB mainframe performance booster technology.
In terms of power consumption control, WM7400 has achieved fine-tuning, CCM RMS working currents below 850 mA, peak currents below 1200 mA and H8 hibernation and sleep patterns with a total of less than 500 mA.
