The Ministry of Digitization made another nod to entrepreneurs. After recently making it possible to set up a company in mObywatel, the ministry now offers the option of checking and verifying selected information contained in the National Court Register. A new service has been added to the application.
The National Court Register goes to mObywatel. You can check it yourself
Last Monday, the ministries of digitization and justice decided to make the Data in the National Court Register service available to all mObywatel users. The solution integrates other information stored in mObywatel - including: PESEL number - and on this basis displays a list of entities related to a given person who performs specific functions in companies.
The "Data in the National Court Register" service will be useful when a given person is a representative, proxy or member of the supervisory body. After entering the selected item, the user can count on information from the National Court Register.

The solution also allows you to download information corresponding to a current copy (a document presenting the current legal status of a company or organization). The letter will be saved in PDF format. The Ministry of Digitization has also introduced the option of notifications regarding changes in the register for selected entities.
According to the Ministry of Digitization, thanks to the Data in the National Court Register service, you can stay up to date "with the legal status of an enterprise or public benefit organization." To use the new service, you do not even need to update mObywatel. The resort made it available via a server-side switch.
