Remake Rayman Legends Retold gets new levels, released on October 1

The 'reinvention' Rayman Legends Retold will receive several new music levels and a sixth 'realm'. The 2013 remake of Legends will be released on October 1, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Rayman Legends Retold stars the titular character, Globox, Barbara, Grand Minimus and Murphy. They must fight their way through the Glade of Dreams.

The remake introduces several new elements. The game would have a 'completely new story' and gameplay. In addition, Ubisoft introduces a sixth game world, which has not previously appeared in a Rayman game. The developer also promises four 'musical levels'.

Rayman Legends Retold is the first game in the franchise since 2013's Legends, which was the fifth main game in the long-running series of platform games. In the games, players control Rayman, with his signature limbless and floating hands and feet.
