Authors

News from IT House on June 3, SK Hercules displayed a sample of HBM4E 48GB 12Hi this year at the Taipei International Computer Fair COMPUTEX.

This memory shall be based on 32 Gb 1cnm DRAM Die, stacked on 12 layers, with a boot rate of 16.0 Gbps and a single stack bandwidth of 4.0 TB/s. KK Hercules claims that HBM4E 48GB 12Hi achieved 38% bandwidth increase and 33% single Die capacity increase.

On the other hand, in the client storage section, SK Hercules has displayed a series of DRAM and NAND products and has confirmed that PVF01, based on V9 TLC, whose primary energy efficiency is its first DRAM-less architecture PCIE Gen5 client solid-state hard drive (cSD).

SK Hercules' other exhibits include 1am 16GB LPDDR5X-8533 for NVIDIA DGX Spark, and PEB210 for DLC liquid cooling

Solid-state hard drives, PE9010 M.2 solid hard drives for NVIDIA Bluefield-4 DPU, 1cnm 96GB LPDDR5X-9600 SOCAM2 for NVIDIA Vera Rubin superchips, etc. Read about:
