IT House, 4 June, Soul sent a message announcing that AI governance capacity would be upgraded, that AI smart wind control technology would be in-depthly integrated with user co-management mechanisms, and that a secure community operating system would be improved in both directions.
Soul indicates that, at present, the platform has already provided clearly identified product functions such as AI virtual role in some scenarios. These functions are more positioned as part of emotional companionship, expression of support and interactive experience than as “real users” in community social relationships.
With this in mind, Soul has added a note to the Community Convention to further clarify the boundaries of the use of AI virtual roles and to alert users to the distinction between AI roles and real users. At the same time, the Platform is gradually increasing the corresponding use of alert mechanisms. For example, when the user interacts with the AI virtual role over a long period of time, the system provides a timely reminder to guide the user to rationalize the duration of the use.
In other respects, Soul also announced that it would establish community-based governance mechanisms, including user feedback, risk reporting, community visits and star rangers. On the one hand, the Platform enhances the efficiency of risk identification through AI capabilities; on the other hand, users can actively report AI issues, thus helping to improve the Platform.
