The UK Labour Party congressman sued Mask under XAI:Grok AI for the production of their pornographic, deep-false images.

Reuters verification in early February found that Grok was able to produce yellow-faced forgeries even when the new regulations were in place and as long as the user entered the relevant instructions, and even if the parties who clearly marked the images did not authorize it.
