News from IT House on June 4th, as a PC dissipation company with an ultra-high player, der8auer, as Chief Executive Officer, Thermal Grizzly (violent bear) undoubtedly carries a “hardware hacker”. And at COMPUTEX 2026, Taipei International Computer Fair, the enterprise brought with it a number of highly heat-dispersive innovations.

This is particularly heavy on Mycro Direct-Die Diamond. It constructs a diamond membrane in the CVD (chemical gas phase deposition) process in the coldhead of the open treatment process, which further enhances cooling by using its much higher acoustic properties than copper. The thin metallic layers on the diamond membrane, on the other hand, can improve the leaching of liquids and enhance the heat coupling between the diamond and the copper cold.

However, owing to high costs, Mycro Direct-Die Diamond may not be included in the conventional product line, mainly as a feasibility study in the industrial field.

Thermal Grizzly also worked with the PVD/PECVD hard coating equipment manufacturer PLATIT to bring down nickel-plating TG X and carbon-plating TG C. Sedimentation of a thin protective film alone improves the surface performance of the material and enhances chemical and physical stability.

Thermal Grizzly plans to replace traditional nickel plating with PVD (physical gas deposition) in large-scale production. This is more likely to be commercialized than expensive CVD diamonds.

And in the more conventional part of the product, Thermal Grizzly also brought DeltaMate Fan-P Series high-pressure fans. It uses a rigid CNC Aluminium Squeeze Framework, based on a single PCB, with a dual D-RGB lantern, integrated rubber-based noise reduction, and supports stringing through custom USB interfaces.
