In recent days, Ms. Zou, from Kowloonshan City, Jiangxi, reported to Red Star News that the money she had stored at the Bank of Business and Industry, Kakayama Branch Bank, had been transferred during the early hours of 18 and 19 March. Ms. Left stated that she had fallen asleep at the time of the incident and had not performed any operations. More than a month later, the family had to spend a large amount of money to discover the abnormality of the account and immediately called the police and contacted the bank.
According to a list of bank card transactions provided by Ms. Zo, 18 unusual transactions totalling more than $520,000 occurred in the early hours of 18 and 19 March. Between 20 and 21 March, two transfers were returned in the form of “refunds”, resulting in a loss of approximately $420,000.

At the moment, the head of the business and industry bank, the branch office in Ryoshan, told the Red Star journalist that she had learned from the public security side that Ms. Zhao ' s mobile phone had been manipulated, but that the circumstances were subject to a public security investigation. On 2 June, the journalist called the Investigation Brigade of the Public Security Department of the city of Zhushan for questioning and the operator indicated that he needed to contact the Political Engineering Section. Subsequently, journalists made several calls to the Political and Technical Department of the Public Security Department of the city of Xiashan, and none of the articles had been answered as of the time of their distribution.
Women's story:
The bank card had 18 unusual transactions in the morning for two consecutive days, resulting in a loss of $420,000.
The Red Star News noted that Ms. Left ' s first unusual transaction of this bank card occurred in the early hours of 18 March. According to the phone list provided by Ms. Left, at 1.09 a.m. on the same day, a 54-second call was transferred from her mobile phone. Less than 10 minutes after the end of the call, and at 1.17 a.m., Ms. Left ' s account was transferred out of the bank account for approximately $31,000; about 10 minutes later, more than $9,000 was transferred out. Both funds are shown to be traded to “Air China Limited”.
Ms. Zhao indicated to the journalist that she had subsequently contacted the official passenger service of China National Airlines to confirm that she had not opened an account in Air China Limited and had not purchased a ticket, and that she was currently unable to enquire about the contents of the payment.
At around 4 a.m. on the same day, Ms. Left's mobile phone received a text message with the authentication code: “You are placing a bank account on the public platform of my micro-intelligence channel, so don't tell him about it for fraud prevention”. However, the number had been added to the blacklist and Ms. Left had not seen it.
At 4 a.m. on the 18th, Ms. Left received a confirmation. Code
On 19 March, between 000 and 4.30 a.m., the card number was transferred 16 times over the course of the Internet, with the recipient being the Chinese Federation ' s cross-border business (tail number 0690), each amount varying from 8,000 to 100,000 yuan, the largest being approximately 101,000 yuan. At this point, Ms. Left Kane has been transferred out of the country for approximately $520,000.

On 20 March, at 7.30 a.m., a sum of $101,000 previously transferred was returned in the name of “repatriated goods”; at 7.30 a.m. on 21 March, another sum of approximately $8,400 was returned in the same manner to Ms. Left's bank card. After the two payments were returned, Ms. Left lost approximately $420,000 in real terms.

She said she was asleep at the time of the transfer.
One month after the incident, Ms. Left was unable to receive a letter from the bank because she had to use money to detect the account anomalies, and her mobile phone had been hacked by unknown persons. She then went to the bank to check the accounts and reported them to the local police station. On 24 April, the police station in Namkang town, the police station of the city ' s police station, replied to the case.
We've got a report.
“As a rule, more money is paid for in the form of micro-letters, and there is no way of looking at the bank card. One day, when my husband said he wanted to spend a large sum of money to find out that the money was insufficient, I couldn't find a consumption reminder for the bank card in a text message, and then I turned it over in a blacklist.” Ms. Left said that when the money was transferred the other two days, she and her family were asleep and had not entered any authentication codes or payment codes, and she recalled that she “had not lost an identity card or a bank card or borrowed it before”.
At the same time, the call transfer in the early hours of the call list also made Ms. Left suspect. "I've never handled a call transfer, and after that number called, my money started being transferred." Ms. Zhang considered the call to be suspicious, but it was not clear whether it was relevant and she had now provided the information to the police. Red Star journalists dialed the number indicated in the call record, which indicated that it belonged to Kashi, and the telephone was hung up a few seconds later.
In the early hours of March 18, there was a whirlwind on Ms. Left's phone.
According to a telephone recording provided by Ms. Zo, the Bank Cards on 18 March consumed approximately $31,000 in cross-border transactions and was paid to Air China Limited through online unlicensed payments, showing an Australian dollar. The 19 March transaction was also paid to foreign businesses, named PayPal (Belba), eBay (Ibe), with US words indicating the United States.
When Ms. Zo asked why the transaction could be completed without the need for passwords and face recognition, the GV said: “In a non-calculated payment transaction, the Federation is simply a transferer of information for the transaction and receives information from the bank to verify it. The elements of the bank's certification will not be given to us, but will only give us information on the results that we passed or did not pass.”
Bank response:
Public security reports that their mobile phones are being manipulated and that specifics are subject to investigation
Prior to this, Ms. Zo sent an application for recognition and settlement of non-personal transactions to the branch of the Bank of Commerce and Industry. In her view, the transaction in question was not her own, there were loopholes at the wind control level in banks, large offshore transfers did not trigger face recognition or double certification, there were loopholes in the supervision of funds, and the bank should initiate a settlement process to pay the full amount. However, the bank is currently refusing to pay first, indicating that it is awaiting police investigation.
Ms. Zhao filed a settlement with the bank
On 2 June, Red Star journalists contacted the relevant head of the Bank of Commerce and Industry, Tsuyama Branch. The other party stated: “The money was paid from the Union and not from the bank. The police said the cell phone was being manipulated and that the details were to be determined by the police.”
After calling the police on 24 April, Ms. Zo gave her cell phone to the police station for identification. A month later, the case was referred to the investigative squad of the Public Security Department of the city of Shangshan and the mobile phone was again examined as evidence. On 27 May, Ms. Zhang was informed by telephone by the Public Security Department of Changshan City by the Investigative Brigade of the civilian police, that the deadline for filing a case had been suspended until 25 June, pending the outcome of the examination, and that the deadline for filing a case had been lifted, and that the deadline for filing a case had been reinstated.
“The bank says that my money was transferred by the money union, which says they can't move the money without the authorization of the bank, but my money is in the business bank, and there's no guarantee that it went anywhere. Our depositories usually get $35,000 for face-to-face certification. Why is such a large amount of money transferred out frequently in two days?” Ms. Left said.
