On June 4th, a message from IT House, today, 2026, China Week, a global educational and medical partner, China gave a keynote address on " Data Awakening, Moving Forward " to Wu Junjie, Vice President of Data Storage Products Line. He noted that health was one of the fastest-growing sectors in the intelligent transition. At present, China has contributed to data storage by upgrading more than 3900 health facilities from digital to intellectual.

According to the official presentation by China, AI Medical Services is accelerating the trajectories, and the application is being supported by a single model, such as a referral and a medical history test, to make a full evolution towards a multimodular large model-enabled clinical support. China has created four major solutions to strengthen the intellectual base of medical institutions:

Core business data integration solution

The programme integrates OceanStor Dorado Full Flash Storage, DCS Virtualization and DME Management Platform, a single-stop storage device that provides both the San, NAS, S3 protocols, a one-stop load of core medical system needs such as HIS, PACS, and significantly streamlines hardware deployment and transportation costs; it provides multi-negotiated off-grids, guarantees core business seven x 24 hours uninterrupted, and is able to efficiently address the pain point of the system at peaks of consultation with billion-grade IOPS and 0.03 m.

AI Data Lake Solutions

The programme uses an OceanStor Pacific full-light-distributed storage to achieve industry-led high-capacity density and to optimize TCO storage of big data; and achieve real-time access to lake and second-scale data across the campus through DME Omni-Dataverse. Following the global top private medical group IHH landing programme, pathological analysis dropped sharply from 500 ms to 40 ms, significantly increasing the effectiveness of treatment.

AI Data Platform

China is the first to create a “3+1” AI data platform that integrates the knowledge base, the KV Cache library and the memory library, and achieves a hierarchy of management and smart movement through UCM Logical Memory Management (UCM) technology, perfecting the AIS Auxiliary Clinic for ultra-precision, long text reasoning claims. At present, the programme has assisted the head hospital in China in upgrading the search accuracy of the repository of expertise to over 95 per cent.

Data protection solutions

In order to launch the new OceanProtec X8100/9100 backup storage, China provided 90:1 ultra-high reduction ratio to 198 TB/h hyper-speed backup recovery capability; and a combination of internal AI extortion detection cards achieved 99.99 per cent accuracy of blackmail software testing.

As previously reported by the IT House, last March, China officially formed the Health Corps, which will focus on the development of the AI Auxiliary Diagnostic Solutions System to promote the application of the large medical model in clinical settings. According to the information received, the Director General of the DCS field, Zhang Wei Li, will be the head of the health corps (formerly under the Chinese data storage product line).

Last July, during the China Week of the Global Partnership for Education and Health, 2025, China held a successful partnership summit for education and health. More than 300 guest participants from 40 countries participated in a new future for the intellectual transformation of education and health care. At the conference, China launched the Global Alliance of Educational and Medical Partners (GEHPA) initiative to promote the AI consultation business model.
