What is yellow and waiting? Wolverine pre-ordered at its best price on PS5

2026 is going to be a great year for video games. It's already off to a good start with gems like Pokémon Pokopia, Forza Horizon 6, LEGO Batman and the recent 007 First Light to name a few. Of course, the one that everyone is waiting for is none other than GTA VI, a real black hole that is pushing other publishers to postpone their release. To sharpen your claws before its release, Marvel’s Wolverine promises to be quite an appetizer. The most famous of the X-Men returns on September 15 in an adventure signed Insomniac Games (Marvel's Spider-Man, Ratchet & Clank, etc.) of rare violence, which you can pre-order with 17.99 euros reduction at Carrefour, plus 5 euros voucher. Or with 18 euros reduction at Auchan, your choice.

For now, the full price of Marvel’s Wolverine is 79.99 euros. At Carrefour, it goes to 62 euros with 5 euros in voucher (additional) and at Auchan it goes directly to 61.99 euros.

It's big, it's round, it's good

Wolverine, aka Serval, aka Logan, is surely the X-Men best known to the general public, and also the most popular. This dark and violent character with a tragic past was immortalized on the big screen by Hugh Jackman, until the recent Deadpool 3. For this new video game iteration, we are treated to a new story created by the Insomniac Games studio, already at work on Marvel's Spider-Man, Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2.

In Marvel's Wolverine, Logan rejoins Team X three years after leaving it. He will have to fight against Bolivar Trask who kidnaps mutants to establish his idea that the human race is superior to them. So we're going to go around the world to cut enemies into slices, all in a style that promises to be very cinematic and violent. But we expect no less from a Wolverine game.

A game optimized for PlayStation 5 Pro

During the last presentation, the game opened the ball with a video where it was indicated that the images were captured on PS5 Pro. Enough to conclude that the game will run particularly well on Sony's most muscular machine. But if you have a classic or Slim model, no problem, you will enjoy it just as much. Note that the game is a PS5 exclusive, just like the Spider-Man games were.

The developers were thus able to focus on optimizing the game as much as possible for the Sony console, which will offer realistic graphics, as we saw in the State of Play trailer. PS5 Pro owners will benefit from PSSR which will allow constant 4K@60 fps to be maintained even when things are jostling on the screen.
